Shipping Policy

At JustVita, we strive to ship your order as quickly as possible so you can receive your premium supplements in perfect condition.

1. Order Processing

We process orders Monday through Friday (excluding U.S. federal holidays).

Orders received and paid before 11:00 AM CST are typically shipped the same business day.

Orders received after 11:00 AM CST, on weekends, or on holidays will be processed and shipped the next business day.

Typical processing time is 1 business day (24 hours or less in most cases).

Important: We do not currently offer same-calendar-day delivery. All orders are processed and dispatched within a maximum of 24 business hours from the time they are received in our system.

2. Estimated Delivery Times (Continental United States)

Standard Shipping (USPS First Class or Ground / UPS Ground)
Estimated time: 3–7 business days
Most common and economical option. Includes tracking.

Delivery times are estimates and do not include processing/shipping day. Factors such as weather, high order volume, or carrier delays may affect delivery times.


3. Shipping Areas and Restrictions

We currently ship only to the 48 contiguous U.S. states (we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. territories, or APO/FPO addresses at this time).

We ship to residential and commercial addresses. We do ship to P.O. Boxes via USPS.

We do not offer international shipping at this time.

4. Shipping Costs

Free shipping on orders over more then 2 units or $50 USD.

Orders below the threshold: shipping cost is calculated in real time based on weight, size, and destination (displayed at checkout).

Shipping costs are automatically calculated in the cart using real carrier rates (USPS, UPS, etc.).

5. Order Tracking

All orders include a tracking number. You will receive it by email once the package is scanned by the carrier (usually the same day it ships or the following day).

6. Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages

If the package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it → contact us immediately at contact@axtesting3.site.

If it arrives damaged → send photos of the package and contents to contact@axtesting3.site within 48 hours of delivery. We will send a replacement or issue a refund as appropriate.

For packages lost by the carrier, we will initiate a claim (this may take 5–30 days depending on the carrier).

7. Changes or Cancellations

Once an order has been processed and shipped, we cannot modify or cancel it. If you need to change the address, contact us as soon as possible (before 11:00 AM CST on the processing day).
